Philosophy

Ken pictureiKenHelp was created by Ken Graham to provide problem-solving and training services at your location. Based in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey he covers the surrounding area.

Ken is a seasoned technology veteran. He works primarily on Macs, iPads, iPods, iPhones, and everything else Apple sells. He's a problem solver and creative professional who knows how to use technology to get the job done.

Although he prefers the Mac, Ken has extensive knowledge and experience on the Windows platform, especially the plethora of applicatoins available on both platforms.

He's passionate about helping people to maximize the benefits they can get by utilzing computers and computer software. He wants people to enjoy computers more — have fun getting things done and avoid frustrations.

 

Background

Ken's been working with computers for over 45 years. Throughout his career he's been a pioneer in utilizing technology to do things faster, better, more easily, and more accurately.

Prior to establishing iKenHelp, he spent 15 years in a senior management position identifying and evaluating companies and technologies for the venture capital community. He utilized leading-edge technologies to take advantage of the developing Internet. Prior to that he held senior management positions where he was responsible for the introduction of personal computers and their capabilities to the magazine publishing industry.

Hours & Rates

Hours available:

7 days a week, 8 a.m. to midnight

Rates and pricing for on-site visits:

  • $80/hr 8 am to 8 pm Mon - Fri
  • $100/hr 8 pm to midnight Mon - Fri
  • $120/hr Weekends and Holidays

Note: Services are calculated in 15-minute billing increments.

Phone support:

Your first phone call (of any length) is free.

For each call thereafter, first 10 minutes free, then billed at $80/hr in 15-minute billing increments.

Follow-up phone support for work performed is free for 10 days.
